Kara is the founder and senior skin therapist at Willow.

Kara has 10 years of experience and describes herself as a 'skin-geek' with a genuine interest in skin and beauty treatments. She knows that everyone has different requirements and has a passion for giving her much loved clients the skin and beauty care they are looking for. 

​

With clients from Birkenhead and Auckland wide she is quickly becoming a popular choice with those seeking honest results.

'I really love my clients, who I consider more as friends than clients. It is my personal goal that everyone who sees me is treated with understanding, aroha and I feel just as invested in their skin journey as they are'.

Growing up and living on the North Shore, Kara is right at home in Birkenhead village which is a community she has fallen in love with.

Caroline is a senior skin therapist here at Willow.

With 16 years of experience in the industry she has the knowledge and expertise to provide beautiful treatments with the aim of providing her clients the best on-going care for their skin.

 

When asked to describe her treatments she says “I aim to create an environment where my clients come away from their treatments with a deeper understanding of what they can do to help create their most healthiest skin at home and with me during in-clinic treatments.”

 

Caroline is fully experienced with Osmosis Skin Care, having worked with their products for a number of years and is passionate about the results she has seen. “I love the holistic approach Osmosis skin care has with treating skin” and is always interested in the technical aspects to the products as she goes on to describe how she ‘loves ingredients and learning how they can impact our skin’.

 

To put it simply she believes skin health is something we need to look at beyond external factors to find true cause of concerns.

 

Caroline is a mother to two beautiful boys that keep her busy. She is local to the Birkenhead area and is proud to work locally where she can offer her expertise to the huge community we have here in Birkenhead.

Eloise has a love of all things beauty. When she's not at Willow she spends most of her spare time at the beach.

 

Eloise is a front of house super star and nail extraordinaire. Eloise can help you with any product information, getting gift vouchers and will sort any appointments for you. She also checks in with you to see how your skin is feeling after your facial treatments. Eloise is going to do a beauty apprenticeship next year.
